How to configure Windows Outlook Express |

Outlook Express is always installed with Windows and it's icon is generally
placed on your desktop. If you are here to re-configure your Outlook go [here].
If this is a new setup locate and double click the Outlook Express icon.
Move you mouse over the "Tools" option menu at the top of your Outlook screen. Move to Accounts on the drop down menu and click your mouse.
Once the Accounts window opens if you are setting up a new user place your mouse over the "Add" button on the right top corner and click on Mail. If you are here to re-configure your email select the Mail tab and go [here] for further instructions.
Enter your full name into the "Your name" box and press "Next".
Next enter your email address in the "Email address" box. Generally this is the first letter of your first name and your complete last name and not an alias name. Then press "Next".
Under the "My incoming mail server is a" check that "POP3" is selected, inside the "Incoming mail" box type your domain name. Move your mouse to the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" box and enter the text provide by your ISP into this box and click on "Next".
Next enter your user name into the "Account name". Generally this is the first letter of your first name and your complete last name and not an alias name. On the "Password" box type your password and click next.
Your account is setup, now click on "Finish"
Reconfigure Outlook Express Highlight your account and press the Properties button.
Select the Servers tab and enter the POP3 and SMTP information shown in the figure below. DO NOT add @allfloridarealty.com to your user name. When finished press the OK button.
When the above window closes you will be returned to:
Press the close button. You'll be returned to your Outlook Express window, press the Send/Receive button.
