Reconfigure your E-Mail setting in Microsoft Outlook

This tutorial focuses on reconfiguring Microsoft Outlook for PCs in all offices except Port Charlotte. Port Charlotte users contact: Support @ allfloridarealty.com for additional setup instructions. 

Please note these settings are similar in other e-mail programs like Outlook Express, Thunder Bird and Opera Outlook. 

Open Microsoft Outlook

In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts.

On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select "View or change existing e-mail account" and click Next.

    

    Incoming mail server (POP3)
    Enter www.allfloridarealty.com for your incoming mail server.
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
    Enter smtp.deltacom.net for your outgoing mail server.
    Enter your user name. This is generally the first letter of your first name and your complete last name. Lower case!

    Click "More Settings."

On the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the "Outgoing Server" tab.

Un-Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and press OK.

Click Next.

Click Finish.
